How Tip Out Works

Tip pooling distributes tips based on each staff member's contribution. The point system weights roles differently — for example, a bartender might get 2 points while a busser gets 1 point, reflecting their different levels of guest interaction.

Common Point Systems

  • Server: 1.0 point
  • Bartender: 1.5-2.0 points
  • Busser: 0.5-1.0 points
  • Host: 0.5-0.75 points
